Deposit & cancellation policy

DEPOSIT POLICY 

In order to confirm your booking, a $50 deposit is required. This will be taken off your final bill. This deposit is non refundable, however in the circumstance that you may need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will transfer across to your new appointment if it is rescheduled prior to the 48 hours of your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. 

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and used as a cancellation fee.

If in the circumstance that you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and the following charges apply below.

• $30 for blow dry appointments 
• $50 for cut appointments
• $100 for colour appointments
• $150 for colour + cut appointments.
